He graduated from Kharkov State University in 1967, specialty - Low Temperature Physics.
Doctor of Sciences in Physics and Mathematics (D.S.) (2005), Senior Researcher (1986). After graduation from the university works in B.I.Verkin Institute for
Low Temperature Physics and Engineering of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Leading Researcher (2002).
Area of expertise
The main direction of investigations is connected with the study of electron kinetic phenomena in thin films, conducting systems of restricted geometry,
disordered and low-dimensional conductors.
Scientific and organizational activity
Scientific Secretary of the Scientific Council of B. Verkin ILTPE of NASU on the problem "Electronic properties of conducting and superconducting systems".
Author and co-author of more than 80 scientific articles and inventions, h-index : 13 (Google Scholar), or 10 (Scopus).
