All conference sessions will be held in conference halls of B.Verkin Institute for Low Temperature Physics and Engineering (ILTPE), Prospekt Nauky, 47, Kharkiv - 61103, Ukraine.
If you need printing services, supermarket, grocery store or pharmacy, you would find it near the conference venue.
How to get to Conference venue
The best way to get to the Conference venue from the Railway station (metro station “Pivdennyi Vokzal”) or from the Central bus station (metro station “Prospekt Haharina”) is to use Kharkiv Metro. Go to “Sportyvna” station. Transfer to metro green line "Oleksiivska" (from “Sportyvna” station to “Metrobudivnykiv Imeni Vashchenka” station). Sit in the first car of the train and get off at the station "23 Serpnia". Go up the stairs, pass through the doors, turn right, and then left up the stairs. Exit the metro and go directly along Prospekt Nauky towards ILTPE territory on the left hand - see yellow direction on the map.
The whole way from the Railway station or Central bus station takes about one hour.
From the airport: Go by bus No.119 (operating hours 6:30 - 23:00) to the bus stop “23 Serpnia” and then walk to the Conference venue across the Prospect Nauky (see violet direction on the map).Or go by trolleybus No.5 (operating hours 05:33 - 21:20) to metro station "Prospekt Gagarina” and then go by metro according to the way above.
This whole way takes about one and a half - two hours.
Kharkiv Metro operates from 5:30 till 24:00.
