            Discovery of a spin field-effect transistor that can generate 
            and amplify a spin signal (with a change in the direction of 
            the spin), discovery of the nanocontact spin-electric effect.

            Spin thermoelectric power as a highly efficient source of 
            spin-polarized current and even pure spin current without 
            charge transfer.

            spintronic batteries based on special antiferromagnets 
            with suppression of spin relaxation by spatial separation
