The workshop will take place in Kyiv, Ukraine on 25-27 May, 2006 and is
organized by the Bogolyubov Institute for Theoretical Physics and B.Verkin Institute for
Low Temperature Physics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and supported by
the Physics and Astronomy Department of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
24 May and 28 May are arrival and departure days, respectively.
