You are invited to participate in the work of the
3rd International Conference
«NANOBIOPHYSICS:
Fundamental and Applied Aspects»
,
which will take place at B.Verkin Institute
for Low Temperature Physics and Engineering of the National Academy of Sciences (NAS) of Ukraine
on October 7-10, 2013, Kharkov, Ukraine

“NanoBioPhysics” (NBP) conference series was initiated in 2009 by B.Verkin Institute for Low Temperature Physics and Engineering of the NAS of Ukraine, and the 1st NBP-2009 conference was successfully held in Kharkov. The 2nd NBP-2011 conference was organized by combined efforts of the Institute of Physics of the NAS of Ukraine and the Institute for Low Temperature Physics and Engineering of the NAS of Ukraine and took place in Kiev. Both institutes participate in organization of the 3rd NBP-2013 conference to be held in Kharkov.

Conference Scope: Discussion of current problems in a new scientific field combining biophysics and nanotechnology as well as its progress and prospects. NBP-2013 will be an excellent opportunity for leading scientists in the field of physics, biology, chemistry, material science, medicine and nanobiotechnology to come together and present their cutting edge researches.

Discussion will be held during the following sessions:

  1. Nanobiohybrids based on nanocarbon systems
  2. Biomolecules at nanoparticles and nanostructures surfaces
  3. Physical aspects of biomolecular nanosystems
  4. Theoretical calculations and computer modeling of nanobiosystems
  5. Applied aspects of nanobiophysics

The Program will include keynotes lectures (35 min including discussion) and oral communications (15 min including discussion) as well as poster presentations.

Book of abstracts will be published.

The working language of the Conference will be English.
