Kharkiv is one of the biggest cities of Ukraine (about 1,500,000 inhabitants), the former capital of Ukraine and the center of the cultural and scientific life of the Eastern Ukraine. It is located in the East-North of Ukraine, about 40 km from the border between Ukraine and Russia. The Conference will be held at the V.Karazin Kharkiv National University and the B.Verkin Institute for Low Temperature Physics & Engineering of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
