Main directions of studies
Investigations of the de Haas - van Alphen effect
in various intermetallic compounds at normal conditions and
hydrostatic pressure.
Main principal results, recently obtained:
Detection and investigation
of the de Haas - van Alphen effect in intermetallic transition metal compounds
ÌåÂ2, and in magnetically ordered rare-earth compounds RB12
è RGa3, the later ones are also studied under pressure up to
6000 atm.
Experimental equipment
Low frequency differential magnetometer that operates at temperatures
0,5 – 4,2 Ê, in fields up to 9 T. .
